National Geographic India, in collaboration with IndiGo, is excited to announce the return of the photography reality series #nofilter by IndiGo for its second season. After the success of the first season, the show is back with nine talented photographers competing to capture the unfiltered essence of India.
The contestants, hailing from various fields including street photography, photojournalism, and architecture, will travel to different locations across the country to create compelling photo essays. From the colorful streets of Ahmedabad to the peaceful landscapes of Bijbehara, each location serves as a unique backdrop for the photographers to tell authentic, unfiltered stories.
This season, the photographers will be mentored and judged by two experts in the field: filmmaker Imtiaz Ali and legendary photographer Raghu Rai. Their invaluable guidance will help the contestants push their creative limits as they compete for the top prize. The grand finale, airing on January 10, 2025, will feature an immersive exhibition at Museo Camera, where the top three photographers will be celebrated for their exceptional work.
Episodes of #nofilter by IndiGo season 2 will air every Friday on the National Geographic Channel and will be available on YouTube via National Geographic India and IndiGo 6E channels. The season promises to inspire photography enthusiasts and provide a fresh perspective on India’s diverse landscapes, cultures, and people.
