A New Saros PS5 Update Is Available to Download Now

Saros has just received a new game update, taking the PS5 action shooter to version 1.004.000.
Weighing in at 1.3 GB, the patch makes a few tweaks and improvements to the game in various departments.
There are some small gameplay changes, though nothing drastic. One weapon trait has been rebalanced, while a specific artefact has had its functionality adjusted.
On top of that, there have been some collision and geometry fixes across the game, as well as other bug fixes and further polish.
The biggest changes in the patch are related to UI and accessibility. There are new colour categories to choose from, as well as preview images so you can see what they look like in-game.
Issues and visibility regarding UI elements have also been addressed.

Gameplay & Balance

Improved the accuracy of bullet bounces
Lowered the amount of Power gained from the Power Generator weapon trait
Added damage scaling to the Powered Dash artefact and updated the visuals

World & Level Design

Fixed collision and geometry issues in multiple biomes

Audio

General minor bug fixes and improvements

UI / Accessibility

Colour settings:

New colour categories
Added preview images
Settings for HUD Power Indicator
Added colour matching for Armor Integrity Gauge Corruption

Fixed issues regarding ammo, weapon charge bar and boss invulnerability indicator
Fixed Second Chance visibility when using Carcosan Modifiers

Adjusted reflection quality

Cinematics

Prologue and Eclipse Device sequence improvements
Optimizations to Depth of Field
