Being ❤ Beautifully Blessed ❤ can👎 be a Very DANGER☣️US ASSET ‼️ … So be > Very ❤ Wise & Carefull ❤ 24/7 🆗️ ❤
There are an infinite number of emotions we will never know about because we can't feel them. If we weren't supposed to feel sad sometimes, we wouldn't be able to. And if we weren't supposed to cry, we wouldn't have tear ducts. 'Modern Life' has taught too many young people to 'chase happiness'. It's a fool's errand. Happiness is a temporary state, like all transient emotions. A 'happy' picnic at the park doesn't stay 'happy' when a massive thunderstorm ruins all the food or a stray dog gets aggressive. Happiness requires circumstance and circumstances always change.
The chase for happiness is the root cause of so much unhappiness in the first place. "I'll be happy when I get the girl/boy I have a crush on." How do you know that? And how long does it keep you 'happy'? That elation at the beginning of the relationship turns to the worst pain imaginable when we breakup. The job you want may turn out to be awful and stressful and taking too much time. All 'things' are subject to chance and change.
Placing happiness in events, situations, circumstances and other people is doomed to failure and will cause so much unnecessary suffering. Philosophers have told us this for 5,000 years, but we 'modern humans' think we know better. Newsflash: we don't.
What we all crave, deep down, is not 'happiness'. What we truly crave is 'peace'. That's why we all love to relax and that's why we all love a good night's sleep when 'no thing' happens. We are not 'happy' when we are sleeping. We are peaceful.
Chase peace, guys. And it doesn't even require a 'chase'. Peace is already yours behind the thoughts. Peace is our natural state, underneath all the noise and chaos of human life. The part of you that is aware of reading this right now is always peaceful. The thoughts of "Who is this weird guy?" or "This makes sense" are nothing more than thoughts. Repetitive, unconscious narration based on our life so far and all the interactions within it.
Thoughts are not 'true' or 'real'. At best, they are flawed representations of reality. At worst, they are destructive representations of reality based solely on our previous experience.
But something within you 'hears' and 'sees' the thoughts you are having. As often as you can, rest in that awareness. Be the witness to your own stream of thoughts and don't follow where they are trying to lead you. Just observe what the mind is doing, saying and creating. Within a minute or so, you'll probably find yourself smiling at the madness of your thoughts. And that distance between 'yourself' and identity in thoughts is what you have been searching for your whole life.
Ask yourself, "I wonder what thought I'll have next?" Then close your eyes and wait. For a few seconds, you'll be at peace, then a thought will float in. Could be a worrisome or a fearful thought. Could be something from yesterday or a fear for a week away. It doesn't matter. All that matters is that you realise you did not 'invite' that thought. It just appeared before disappearing again. You did not create it. It just 'happened'.
If you don't have any control over thoughts then they are NOT your responsibility. The only thing you are responsible for is not following them where they are trying to lead you. That's it.
Then it doesn't matter whether you are 'happy' or 'sad' or anything in between because you'll be at peace through all the stormy emotions. Try it. 🙂 Before long, those troublesome thoughts stop arising at all. They're like toddlers having a tantrum in a supermarket. They want attention. When you deprive that attention and see them for what they are, they slowly stop arriving.
This is not 'woo-woo' nonsense. It's reality. When you stumble on a truth that changes everything, you feel a moral obligation to share it with everyone. This is not bypassing emotion or avoiding sadness. This is feeling every available emotion fully and then letting them go without holding on tight, all within the backdrop of unshakeable peace. You can even start by asking: "What is it that sees and hears my thoughts?" The investigation into that simple question will be the greatest thing you ever do in this life. Be thorough and detailed. Treat it like a science experiment and have fun with it. Nothing is too serious in this life, so just enjoy it.
Wherever you are and whatever your circumstances, I'm not going to wish you peace because it's already yours. But it is my sincere hope and wish that you find your back to yourself. ❤️❤️And yes, the girl in this video is beautiful. So are you. And you'll feel it fully when you're at peace.

To be honest there’s nothing wrong in having a “ resting bi#%h face “. And it’s mostly the good looking ladies that have that.
